At Ohio Eye Associates, quality is top priority and the eyeglasses you purchase are no exception. That is why we include a two year warranty with the majority of eyeglass purchases.

• Frame warranty covers breakage and manufacturer defects for one year
• Lifetime frame adjustments
• Lens replacement twice within two years for anything but loss or change in prescription
• Lab and staff inspects each pair of glasses to make sure they are made accurately to the Dr’s prescription
• Eyeglass case included to protect your new eyeglasses
